Terry Pratchett – Rincewind. Volume 2, humorous Discworld novels

Rincewind. Volume 2 – humour and satire from the Discworld

This is an omnibus edition of four novels by Terry Pratchett about the hapless wizard Rincewind: Eric, Interesting Times, The Last Continent and Unseen Academicals. The Discworld series is known for brilliant humour and satire on human failings, politicians, bureaucracy and pop culture, hidden under the guise of fantasy.

Why choose it

Pratchett parodies classic fantasy motifs while aptly commenting on reality. For fans of the genre it is an exceptionally witty read and a chance to follow further adventures of a hero who gets into new trouble with every page. Rincewind is an anti-hero who wants to avoid trouble at all costs, yet keeps falling into it. The book suits lovers of witty literature and works as a gift for fans of the series.
