JBL JAM 5000N – marine radio with 2.8 inch TFT screen, Bluetooth

JBL JAM 5000N – boat audio source with a color screen

The JBL JAM 5000N is a media receiver designed for mounting on boats, yachts and in vehicles exposed to moisture. The round housing fits typical mounting openings in a boat's dashboard, and the 2.8 inch color TFT display shows radio stations and information about the track being played.

Sound and outputs

The built-in amplifier delivers 4 x 15 W RMS and runs stably even with a 2 ohm load. For expanding the system there are 9-channel RCA preamp outputs with a voltage of 4 V, which let you connect external amplifiers and a subwoofer.

Connectivity

• Bluetooth 5.0 for streaming music from a phone
• AM/FM tuner and WB weather band
• DAB+ ready once a module is added
• reversing camera input
• integration with the NMEA 2000 network on board

Durability

The front panel has an IP66 rating, so it withstands splashes and rain typical of work on an open deck.

Boat radio

This boat radio is designed to work in moisture, sun and hull vibration, so it also works well in ATVs and UTV vehicles.
