Qury CTM-BM-063 – heater solenoid valve for BMW E36 and Z3

Function

The solenoid valve regulates the flow of coolant through the heater core, and thus the temperature of the air blown into the cabin. A faulty valve causes constant heating even with cold airflow selected, or no heating at all.

Installation

Before replacement, drain some of the coolant. After installation, top up the coolant and bleed the cooling system.
