The Biz 2400 II is a series of headsets designed for call centers and customer service departments, where headsets are worn for an entire shift. This version has a single earcup and a USB cable with a control unit, so you connect it directly to a computer with a softphone.

The microphone with highly effective noise cancellation cuts out the hubbub of the room, and wideband HD sound improves how clearly you hear the caller. The microphone boom rotates 360 degrees and is practically unbreakable.
