Wiltec – manual tire changer for 4–21 inch tires

A steel manual tire changer for changing tires yourself without a visit to a tire shop. It handles wheels from 4 to 13 inches (e.g. trailers, quads, carts, scooters, lawn mowers) and 21-inch motorcycle tires. The wheel holder is designed for axles with a diameter of 12–25 mm.

Construction

• stable base that bolts to the floor,
• column with an adjustable lever arm,
• built-in bead breaker for the tire bead,
• mounting tire lever and centering spindle,
• Q235 structural steel with a red finish.

How it works

The wheel is mounted on the spindle, the bead breaker detaches the bead from the rim, and then the lever is used to remove and fit the tire. The adjustable arm provides great force with little effort. The Wiltec tire changer works well with a static wheel balancer, forming a complete workstation.

The device weighs approx. 27.5 kg and should be anchored to the floor.
