CCLIFE 8143 – pneumatic diesel injector puller

A professional injector puller with an impact drive, designed for removing seized injectors. After years of operation, common rail injectors stick to the seat in the cylinder head because of carbon deposits and corrosion – an ordinary slide-hammer puller is often not enough, and heavy blows can damage the head.

How it works

The pneumatic tool combines vibration with a torque of 20–30 Nm. The vibrations loosen the carbon deposits, and the simultaneous rotation and pulling force let you slide the injector out without damage. The working frequency is adjusted with a switch, and power is supplied by a 6–12 bar compressor.
