Anker Prime 250 W A2345 – 6-port GaN desktop charger with display

Anker Prime 250 W (A2345) – GaN desktop charging station

The Anker Prime 250 W is a desktop charging station that replaces several separate power adapters. It has four USB-C ports and two USB-A ports, so you can charge a laptop, tablet, phone, headphones, and watch at the same time. The housing with aluminum elements sits on the desk, and it plugs into the outlet with an ordinary power cable with an IEC C13 plug.

Power for the laptop and the rest of your gear

The total output power is 250 W. The first USB-C port delivers up to 140 W, which is what a 16-inch MacBook Pro needs for fast charging. The remaining power is split automatically between the connected devices. GaN technology makes it possible to fit such a powerful adapter in a compact housing that does not heat up as much as older designs.

Display and control dial

• a 2.26-inch color LCD shows the power on each port and the charging status,
• the dial on the side lets you select the operating mode and give priority to a chosen port,
• when connected to the Anker app, the screen can serve as a desk clock.
