A quiet trimmer for work in the rain

The UR007GZ01 is a string trimmer powered by a single Makita XGT 40 V battery, with a D-type loop handle. The battery mounted at the rear balances the machine well, so guiding it for a long time does not tire your arms. The low noise level allows mowing near schools, hospitals or housing estates, and WetGuard technology corresponding to the IPX4 rating allows work in light rain.

Electronics

• three speed settings, up to 7,000 rpm,
• ADT – automatic adjustment of rotation speed to the load,
• AFT – the motor stops when the cutting tool becomes jammed,
• constant electronics that maintain speed under load,
• low vibration level.

Cutting

The cutting width with the string head is approx. 255 mm. The total length is approx. 191 cm. The machine is supplied without a battery and charger, which can be purchased separately or taken from other Makita XGT 40 V tools.
