The UR012GZ06 is a professional brush cutter with a bike handle, powered by two Makita XGT 40 V batteries. The motor, rated at about 2000 W, delivers performance comparable to a 40 cc petrol brush cutter, but without exhaust fumes, fuel mix and tugging on a starter cord. It is a tool for grounds maintenance companies, municipalities and owners of large plots.

The brush cutter has a bike handle that makes it easier to guide during longer mowing, and a harness that spreads the weight across your shoulders. XGT batteries also fit other Makita 40 V tools. The Z version does not include batteries or a charger.
