Garmin BlueNet marine RJ45 cable

This marine RJ45 cable is both a Garmin Ethernet cable and a cable for the BlueNet network, a short, blue network cable intended for building a BlueNet marine network and connecting Garmin devices to each other, such as sonars, radars, cameras or GPS systems. It is an element of a Garmin yacht electronics installation in any larger boat.

Application

The cable is used to connect compatible Garmin BlueNet network devices in a Garmin yacht electronics installation, e.g. between a chartplotter and a network switch or the next device on the network.

Construction

The cable has a braided, blue outer jacket and is intended for outdoor use, which matters in marine conditions. It meets the Category 6 standard for Ethernet cables.
