K&N KN-171B – motorcycle oil filter

Engine protection

The K&N motorcycle oil filter traps harmful contaminants from the engine oil before they reach critical engine components. The filter element is designed to provide a high, consistent oil flow rate, which means better lubrication of components while riding.

Oil compatibility

The filter works equally well with synthetic oils, conventional oils and synthetic-mineral blends, so it does not limit your choice of oil at replacement. The product is a direct replacement for the original filter in selected Harley-Davidson motorcycles.

Construction and installation

The motorcycle oil filter has a durable, burst-resistant steel canister and a 3/4 inch 16 UNF thread, which makes quick installation and removal with a standard filter wrench easy. The compact dimensions of 10.2 x 7.6 x 7.6 cm let you fit it in the space intended for the original filter.
