Okcan Ultra Fast - injector rail for LPG and CNG systems

Universal injector rail for LPG (autogas) and CNG installations, supporting up to four cylinders. It is used for precise gas metering to the engine and works with most popular sequential gas injection controllers, including STAG and E-GAS systems, so it suits a wide range of vehicles fitted with an LPG or CNG system.

Technical parameters

The rail is fitted with low-resistance 2 Ohm electromagnetic coils and a 12V supply voltage, which ensures fast injection response and stable operation under varying engine loads. Maximum working pressure is 4 bar, and the injectors have a waterproof 2-pin connector compatible with the AMP/Delphi standard.

Applications

This product works as a replacement for a worn or damaged injector rail in an LPG or CNG system installed in a passenger car. Thanks to the universal mechanical design, the rail can be mounted using the mounting elements from the old rail, which makes replacement easier without interfering with the rest of the gas system.

Installation

Replacing the injector rail in an LPG/CNG system should be done by a workshop that specializes in autogas, because it requires connecting to the gas supply system and the controller, as well as checking the connections for leaks after installation.
