QWORK - manual copper tube expander 6-22 mm

A tube expander is used to widen the end of a copper tube so that a second tube of the same diameter can be inserted into it and the two joined by brazing - without buying fittings. It is a basic air conditioning tool for refrigeration and heat pump installations, useful for extending and repairing installations.

Seven sizes in one

The stepped mandrel handles copper tubes with diameters of 6, 8, 10, 12, 16, 19 and 22 mm (1/4, 5/16, 3/8, 1/2, 5/8, 3/4 and 7/8 inch). Simply slide the tube onto the right step and squeeze the handles - the end widens evenly.
