Flavor profile

It is a hot spice paste with added fresh coriander (19.5%), ginger puree and a masala spice blend. How to use

Fry a spoonful or two of the curry paste briefly in oil, add meat or vegetables and pour in water, coconut milk or tomato puree. For more servings, increase the amount of paste. After opening, store the jar in the refrigerator.
