Raw steel sheet 500x300x1 mm – universal repair panel

A sheet of raw steel plate machine-cut to a 500 x 300 mm format. It is a universal repair panel from which you can cut a patch to fit a hole in the car body, without looking for a dedicated part for a specific car model.

Uses

The 500x300x1 mm sheet is useful wherever body repair after corrosion is needed.

• repairing corrosion holes in doors, fenders, sills and floor,
• making your own reinforcements and covers,
• sheet metal work in passenger cars, vans, trucks and campers.

Processing

The surface is smooth and raw, without a protective coating. After cutting, welding or fitting, it must be protected against rust, for example with primer and paint. The cutting tolerance is about 2 mm.
