BT136-600E triacs – set of 20 pieces

The set contains twenty BT136-600E triacs in a TO-220AB package. A triac is a bidirectional semiconductor element that switches alternating current, which is why it works in dimmers, motor speed controllers and other phase control circuits. The element is based on a four-quadrant thyristor structure and can be a replacement for BT136, BT136-600 and BT136-600D types.
