LetCart PVR-802W laser lens for Sony PlayStation 2 - PS2 repair laser

LetCart PVR-802W laser lens for Sony PlayStation 2

A replacement laser lens is an essential spare part for owners of older Sony PlayStation 2 consoles whose drive no longer reads discs. The PVR-802W model fits popular slim versions of the console and lets you restore the drive yourself without replacing the entire mechanism.

Application

The lens is intended for the PS2 7 W slim and 9 W slim versions. Typical symptoms of a damaged original laser head are trouble reading discs, long game loading times or no drive response at all - in such cases replacing the lens is the cheapest way to repair it.

Installation

• Precise dimensions matching the original part, making installation easier
• Durable ABS housing, resistant to wear
• Professional chipset ensuring stable disc reading

Installation requires opening the console casing, so it is recommended for people with basic experience in repairing electronic equipment or for service shops that restore older consoles.
