A hydraulic line with a total length of 4 meters is enough to replace both the front and rear brake on one bike. It is an essential part when repairing a damaged hose or shortening the hydraulic installation after changing the handlebar geometry.

Construction

• Inner layer: oil-resistant tube (PBT)
• Middle layer: high-density braid that increases tensile strength
• Outer layer: abrasion-resistant nylon coating, working in a range from -40°C to +120°C

Contents and installation

The set includes a line with an outer diameter of 5 mm and an inner diameter of 2 mm, as well as 10 brass olives and 10 brass inserts (connecting ends) in the BH59 standard. The push-in system lets you install the line without specialized tools – after cutting it to the right length, just slide on the sleeve and the olive.

Compatibility

It fits Shimano hydraulic brakes (including MT200, the M315–M775 series) and most SRAM models, and partly Magura and Formula with a BH59 fitting. It works on MTB, road, folding and BMX bikes.
