AUPROTEC AUPROFILL 1K – Reactive Filler Primer Spray 400 ml

AUPROFILL 1K is a one-component, highly active anti-corrosion aerosol primer designed for surface preparation before painting in bodywork repairs and minor paint refinishing. Thanks to reactive anti-corrosion pigments, it forms a durable protective layer that adheres well to metal and protects it from further rusting even before the topcoat is applied.

Applications

The primer is suitable for many surfaces typical of automotive work: aluminum, steel, galvanized sheet metal and some plastics. It works both for repairing small paint chips and for larger body areas being prepared for painting.

How to use

Before application, the surface should be degreased and lightly scuffed. Apply the primer in thin coats from a distance of approx. 20–30 cm, keeping the time between coats as recommended on the packaging. After drying, the surface can be sanded before applying the base coat.
