The Ritter Icaro 7 slicer is a solid, all-metal appliance for slicing cold cuts, cheese, bread, fruit and vegetables, made in Germany for generations by a company with more than a century of tradition. The 17 cm serrated blade cuts slices from very thin up to about 14 mm thick, so you can match the slicing to the type of food and the dish.

Compact design

When folded, the appliance is only 10 cm wide, so it is easy to store even in a small kitchen or a catering back room. The slicer has a tray for sliced food, a removable guide and a pusher that increases safety during use, and a two-finger safety system protects against accidental starting.
