The APS 40207 sauce boat is a practical vessel for serving sauces at the table, at home and in a restaurant. The double-walled design with a lid helps keep the sauce warm longer, so it does not cool as quickly during the meal.

Construction

The body of the sauce boat is made of stainless steel in silver, and the lid of plastic. The vessel has a round shape, a capacity of 400 ml and dimensions of about 19 cm in width (including the handle) and 13 cm in height. The manufacturer, the German company Assheuer & Pott, designs such accessories with the catering industry in mind.
