AutoDor repair sills for Mercedes Sprinter and Volkswagen LT

The sill is a body element running beneath the doors that corrodes over time. This set consists of left and right repair panels, intended to be welded in place of a rusted sill in Mercedes Sprinter and Volkswagen LT vans.

Application

The sills fit the Volkswagen LT model from 1996-2005 and the Mercedes Sprinter from 1995-2007. They are intended for delivery vans in the European body version.

Construction

The part is made of galvanized steel, which increases rust resistance after installation. The shape reproduces the original sill together with the mounting elements, so the panel fits the body well. The surface is prepared for painting.
