Jabra Link 14201-37 – EHS for Alcatel-Lucent digital desk phones

The Link 14201-37 is an updated version of the 14201-36 cable, designed for Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise 80x9 series digital phones. With it, a Jabra wireless headset controls the phone's hook switch: you answer and end calls from anywhere within the headset's range.

Use

The solution is useful in companies with an Alcatel-Lucent PBX where employees move around a lot: at a hotel reception, a clinic or a warehouse. There is no need to lift the handset or use mechanical lifters, and the ring signal goes straight to the headset.

Installation

The cable plugs into the phone's port on one end and into the base of the Jabra wireless headset on the other. Setup does not require a computer, and if you replace the phone with another model of the same series, the adapter can be moved over. Before ordering, compare the phone's model number with the manufacturer's compatibility list, because older Alcatel phones used a different cable.
