Wheel toe alignment plates - 2 sets

A simple, mechanical tool for setting toe in the garage, without computerized alignment. The plates are placed against the sides of the tires at axle height, and then a measuring tape is used to measure the distance between the front and rear edges. The difference shows the wheel toe.

Construction

• measuring plates made of alloy steel with a protective coating,
• grooves at both ends holding the tape,
• adjustable feet matching the height to the wheel,
• hole for hanging on a wall.

When it is useful

After replacing tie rod ends, ball joints or the steering rack, the angles have to be restored - wheel adjustment with this tool lets you drive straight to an inspection station or perform adjustment in amateur and track conditions. It is suitable for passenger cars, karts, quads and tractors. Full alignment, however, requires professional angle checking.

Specifications

The plates are light and take up little space when folded. It is worth taking the measurement on a flat, level floor, with correct tire pressure.
