Spot vulcanizer for tire repair

A compact, electric vulcanizer for hot repairs of punctured tires and inner tubes. The device has a round head with a built-in heating element that presses the patch down and keeps a constant temperature until the rubber vulcanizes. This makes tire repair more durable than ordinary cold gluing.

How to use it

• clean and roughen the damaged area on the inside of the tire,
• apply a patch or raw rubber,
• press the vulcanizer head down and switch on the power,
• wait for it to bond fully and cool down.

Applications

Tire vulcanizing with this device is useful in small tire shops, farms, fleets and mobile workshops. It is suitable for car, motorcycle and farm tires and for inner tubes. It lets you use hot patches where a strong bond is needed.
