Garmin Forerunner 570 47 mm - GPS watch for running and triathlon

The Garmin Forerunner 570 47 mm is an advanced GPS sports watch intended for runners and triathletes. It features a bright AMOLED display and a 47 mm aluminum bezel, and its controls combine a touchscreen with physical buttons.

Training features

The watch offers personalized Garmin Coach training plans for running and triathlon that adapt to the user's results and recovery. The metric called training readiness combines data on sleep quality, recovery, training load and HRV status, helping you judge whether your body is ready for intense effort. A training status based on VO2 max and daily workout suggestions are also available.

Connectivity and everyday use

The built-in speaker and microphone let you take and make phone calls directly from your wrist when the watch is paired with a smartphone. A morning report summarizes sleep, recovery and weather, and an evening one reminds you of the plan for the next day. The multi-band GPS receiver provides good positioning accuracy even in difficult terrain.

Display, battery and build

The 1.85-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 240 x 240 pixels has brightness up to 500 nits. The strap is made of 22 mm wide silicone rubber and the case of aluminum. The watch is water resistant to 50 meters, and the battery lasts up to 11 days in smartwatch mode or up to 18 hours with GPS active.
