Garmin GT20-TM - fishfinder transducer for transom/trolling motor

The GT20-TM is a Garmin transducer designed for fishfinders that support ClearVü technology. It is mounted on a transom motor or trolling motor and used to detect fish, bottom structure and objects beneath the boat.

Sonar and depth

The transducer works in two modes: traditional sonar at 77/200 kHz and ClearVü mode at 455 kHz, which gives a more detailed, almost photographic image of the bottom. The depth measurement range reaches about 0.6 m in traditional mode and up to 228.6 m in ClearVü mode.

Construction and installation

The transducer cable is 6 m long and includes a built-in fast-response temperature sensor. The rated power of the transducer is 500 W. The package includes mounts for a transom motor and for a trolling motor, along with installation instructions.
