Garmin Panoptix LiveScope - transducer extension cable

This cable is an extension for a compatible Panoptix LiveScope transducer, lengthening its cabling by an additional 3 meters. It is useful when the standard transducer cable is too short to reach the sonar's main unit on the boat.

Connector and construction

The cable has a 21-pin male-to-male connector and is made in a tangle-free version, which makes it easier to route along the hull or under the deck. The outer jacket is designed for outdoor use in marine conditions.

Applications

The manufacturer recommends this extension cable for marine use, fishing and underwater exploration, wherever the transducer has to be placed farther from the main unit than the factory cable allows. This solution is useful on larger boats, where the sonar's main unit is mounted far from the place where the Panoptix LiveScope transducer is installed.
