SEAC – swimming hand paddles

SEAC paddles are a training accessory worn on the hands, used by swimmers to strengthen the upper limb muscles and improve arm movement technique while swimming. The increased contact surface with the water means each arm stroke requires more effort, which intensifies the upper body workout.

Construction and operation

The blades are made of plastic and have a perforated surface, thanks to which the swimmer better feels the actual water resistance during each arm pull. The holes in the blade also help maintain a natural feel for swimming technique, unlike solid, non-perforated plates.

Fit

The paddles attach to the hand with adjustable elastic straps that can be fitted to different hand sizes and preferred tension. Size S (17 x 13 cm) suits swimmers with smaller hands or serves as an introduction to resistance training before moving on to larger sizes.

Uses

The paddles are useful both for pool training and for open water swimming, where they help develop arm strength and endurance and improve the technique of pulling through the water in the individual swimming strokes.
