Garmin GFL 10 – NMEA 2000 fluid level adapter
The GFL 10 is a piece of marine electronics – an analog adapter designed to send fluid level data to the NMEA 2000 network on a boat. The module acts as an intermediary between traditional analog level sensors (for example in fuel or water tanks) and the digital network, so the readings can be shown on compatible Garmin devices.
Use on a boat
The adapter works with a wide range of older and newer Garmin display units, including the GPSMAP series and the GMI 10 display, making it possible to bring analog level sensors into one consistent data network on board.
Connection
The module connects to the NMEA 2000 network via an 8-pin connector and can operate both outside and inside the vessel, which makes installation near the tanks easier.
