AABCOOLING thermal paste - 3 x 100 g

A high-performance silicone-based thermal paste, intended to improve heat dissipation from CPU processors, GPU graphics cards, chipsets and other electronic components that generate heat. The set contains three 100 g packages, which is enough for repeated application when servicing a desktop computer or laptop.

Effective heat dissipation

The paste has high thermal conductivity and low thermal resistance, so it effectively conducts heat from the surface of the chip to the heatsink or water block. Thermal conductivity of 1.5 W/mK works for both air and water cooling of a graphics card.

Safe use

The product does not conduct electricity, which eliminates the risk of a short circuit when applying near delicate components. The paste also protects against moisture and keeps its properties over a wide operating temperature range, from -30 to 300 degrees Celsius.

Easy application

Thanks to good density and viscosity the paste is easy to apply and spreads evenly over the chip surface, and when needed it can be removed without trouble during the next cooler replacement.

Use
