Garmin Approach R10 – portable golf launch monitor

Garmin Approach R10 – portable golf launch monitor

The Approach R10 is a small, portable device for analyzing golf shots that you can take home, use indoors or at a driving range. After pairing via Bluetooth with a smartphone running the Garmin Golf app, the device measures key shot parameters - clubhead speed, ball speed, swing tempo, ball spin, launch angle and other data. The housing has an IPX7 rating.

Practice mode

Practice mode records statistics separately for each club and shows a shot dispersion chart in the Garmin Golf app based on estimated ball flight, which helps identify strengths of your game and areas to improve.

Virtual rounds

After purchasing a subscription in the Garmin Golf app, you can play virtual rounds on more than 42,000 golf courses around the world and take part in a weekly tournament with results on a global leaderboard. The included phone mount attaches to a golf bag, making it easier to use the app while playing.

Battery and kit

The battery lasts up to 10 hours. The set includes a tripod, a phone mount, a carrying case and a microUSB cable for charging.
