Garmin Approach G12 – GPS golf rangefinder with clip, IPX7

Garmin Approach G12 – GPS golf rangefinder with clip

The Approach G12 is a compact GPS golf rangefinder that can be clipped to a pocket thanks to the built-in clip or hung on a golf bag using the lanyard loop. The device comes preloaded with over 42,000 golf courses worldwide.

Measurements on the course

The rangefinder shows distances to the front, back and middle of the green, as well as the location of hazards and doglegs. Big numbers mode makes the display easier to read in bright sun, and the Green View shows the approximate shape of the green with a manually set pin position.

Scores and app

Game scores can be recorded as you play and, after pairing with a compatible smartphone, uploaded to the Garmin Golf app, where weekly leaderboards are available. The device can also be connected to Approach CT10 club tracking sensors, sold separately, for automatic shot recognition.

Durability and battery

The housing is waterproof to IPX7, so you can keep playing even in the rain. The battery lasts up to 30 hours in GPS mode on a single charge.
