Garmin Xero A1i – digital bow sight with rangefinder, right-handed

Garmin Xero A1i – digital bow sight with a built-in laser rangefinder

The Xero A1i is an electronic bow sight that, instead of traditional fixed pins, uses a single illuminated LED aiming point. The built-in laser rangefinder measures the distance to the target, and the sight automatically moves the aiming point to the correct height matched to the measured distance.

How aiming works

After you aim toward the game or target, the device gives the distance in a fraction of a second and sets the LED dot in the right place, so the archer does not have to switch pins manually or estimate the distance by eye. The aiming point changes color, which makes it easier to tell apart from the background regardless of lighting.

Construction

The sight has a 2-inch sight ring that provides a wide, unobstructed field of view, and the version described here is intended for right-handed shooters.

Use

The Xero A1i works well in both target archery and bowhunting, where quick and precise distance measurement makes it easier to hit the mark at varying distances to the target.
