Garmin Approach S50 – AMOLED GPS golf smartwatch, slate, black

Garmin Approach S50 – GPS golf smartwatch

The Garmin Approach S50 is a GPS watch designed for golfers, combining on-course distance measurement with the capabilities of an ordinary sports smartwatch. It has a bright AMOLED display, a lightweight slate aluminum bezel and a black nylon ComfortFit strap that works well both on the course and for everyday wear.

Golf course navigation

The watch comes preloaded with maps of thousands of golf courses and shows distances to the front, middle and back of the green, as well as to water hazards and sand bunkers. A function that adjusts distance for elevation change helps you choose the right club before a shot, and your score can be kept live and saved in the Garmin Golf app on your phone.

Sports and health features

Beyond the golf course, the Approach S50 works as a GPS training smartwatch – it has built-in activity profiles (including strength, yoga, cardio), wrist-based heart rate measurement and sleep monitoring. Bluetooth connectivity lets you receive smartphone notifications and sync data with the Garmin Connect app.
