The Approach S12 is an easy-to-use golf watch with built-in GPS that is meant to help you play with more confidence on every course. The model has a round 43 mm case and a monochrome screen readable in full sun.

Course data

The watch comes preloaded with over 42,000 golf courses worldwide and shows key distances to the front, middle and back of the green, as well as information about hazards and doglegs.

Scores and app

The game score can be kept directly on the watch and then uploaded to the Garmin Golf app, where weekly rankings are available. The device can also be connected to optional Approach CT10 club tracking sensors, sold separately, to collect more precise data about the round.

Battery and construction

The battery lasts up to 30 hours in GPS mode, which lets you play several rounds without charging. The watch is worn on the wrist and connects to a smartphone via Bluetooth.
