Windsock 180 cm – wind indicator for airfields and launch sites

The red and white windsock is a classic indicator of wind direction and approximate wind strength. Thanks to its distinct stripes it is visible from far away, so it is useful wherever a quick assessment of conditions matters.

Use

It works well at paragliding and aviation launch sites, landing strips, model airfields, and also in fields and gardens. The stronger the wind, the more the windsock rises and straightens out.

Construction

The windsock is sewn from lightweight polyester fabric with a PVC coating, in alternating red and white stripes. Reflective mounting tapes are on the intake ring.
