Garmin ECHOMAP UHD2 72cv – 7-inch GPS chartplotter, CHIRP/ClearVü

Garmin ECHOMAP UHD2 72cv – 7-inch GPS chartplotter without transducer

The ECHOMAP UHD2 72cv is a chartplotter with a 7-inch screen, sold without a transducer - you choose one of the compatible Garmin transducers, matched to the sonar type and boat hull. It is mounted on a bracket on the transom.

Two types of sonar

The chartplotter supports both traditional Garmin CHIRP sonar and high-resolution ClearVü sonar, which shows the bottom and structure under the boat almost like a photograph. Vivid, high-contrast color palettes make it easier to tell fish from the bottom and obstacles.

Maps and cartography

LakeVü g3 maps for lakes and inland waters and BlueChart g3 for coastal waters come preloaded, and the device also supports Garmin Navionics+ and Navionics Vision+ cartography for those who want to buy more detailed maps.

Wireless connectivity

If another compatible chartplotter from the ECHOMAP UHD2 series is installed on the boat, the devices can exchange sonar data, waypoints and routes over Wi-Fi, with no need for additional cabling.
