Garmin GSD 24 - advanced sonar module (black box)

Garmin GSD 24 Advanced Sonar Module - sonar module for a chartplotter

The GSD 24 is a so-called sonar black box - a sonar module without its own screen that connects to a compatible Garmin chartplotter and displays the sonar image there. It is the successor of the proven GSD 22 model, built from the ground up with improved electronics.

Image quality

The module provides clear separation of targets underwater, stable bottom tracking and sensitive object recognition, appreciated by sport anglers. Thanks to digital signal processing, the image stays readable even at great depth.

Frequency and power

Two operating frequencies are available, 50 or 200 kHz, and the output power can be adjusted smoothly from 600 to 2000 W, matching it to the conditions and depth of the water body.
